Welcome to Plycaso. By accessing or using our mobile application, website, and AI-powered furniture design services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, generating AI designs, or making a purchase on Plycaso, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
2. Services Provided
Plycaso provides a platform for users to browse premium furniture, purchase physical furniture items, and use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate custom furniture concepts and designs.
3. AI Generation and Intellectual Property
3.1. Generated Content: When you use our AI tools to generate furniture designs (“Generated Content”), Plycaso grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to view and share the Generated Content for personal, non-commercial use. 3.2. Platform Rights: You acknowledge that Plycaso retains all underlying intellectual property rights to the AI models and the Platform. Plycaso reserves the right to use Generated Content for platform improvement, marketing, and feature development. 3.3. No Guarantee of Manufacturability: AI-generated images are conceptual. Plycaso does not guarantee that every AI-generated design can be physically manufactured or exactly replicated in the real world.
4. User Conduct
You agree NOT to use the Platform to:
- Generate, upload, or share content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the AI models or backend architecture of Plycaso.
- Use automated scripts or bots to spam image generation requests or create fake accounts. Plycaso reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account violating these rules without refund.
5. Purchases, Payments, and Subscriptions
5.1. E-Commerce: All physical furniture purchases made through Plycaso are subject to our shipping and return policies, which are provided at checkout. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. 5.2. Premium Subscriptions: Plycaso may offer premium tiers (e.g., increased AI generation limits). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s app store settings, but previous charges are non-refundable.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, including your phone number (used for OTP authentication) and saved AI designs.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plycaso and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, the inability to manufacture an AI design, or any unauthorized access to your data. The Platform and AI generation services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
8. Changes to Terms
Plycaso reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
